The highlight of the new BGMI 4.1 update is the Frosty Funland Mode, where players enter a snowy world created by penguins. This area not only looks visually stunning but also includes mini-events, secret chests, and quests for players to enjoy.
BGMI 4.1 Update – Frosty Funland Snow Blast!
The BGMI 4.1 update is set to release in November 2025, transforming the game into a cold, magical world. This update introduces the Frosty Funland theme, new map areas like Penguinville and Penguin Towns, and several new abilities that make gameplay more fun and exciting.
New Locations
Penguinville:
A snowy city built by penguins featuring hidden rewards and mini-missions for players to explore.
Penguin Towns:
A transit hub where players can complete quick skirmishes and secret tasks.
New Features & Gameplay Changes
BGMI 4.1 isn’t limited to just the theme mode — classic mode has also received major improvements.

Magic Ice Skates: New movement ability allowing players to slide and create ice trails to trap enemies.

Penguin Snowmobile: A four-seater penguin-shaped snowbike that shoots snowballs and makes group travel fun.

Enhancement Elixirs: Special boosts like Quickshot Elixir (faster reload) and Hearing Elixir (detect enemy locations).

Reload Progress Bar: A progress indicator now shows while reloading to avoid mistakes during fights.

Weapon Balance Updates: ARs and SMGs now have improved speed and damage for fairer combat.
New Events & Rewards
Winter special events will start with the 4.1 update. Players can earn free outfits, themed skins, and UC rewards. A new Royale Pass is also coming, featuring a Penguin Series theme.
Release Date
Krafton has not officially announced the release date yet, but based on previous patterns, it is expected to roll out in India between 11–16 November 2025, starting with beta testers on Android and iOS.
Classic Mode & Balance Updates
The 4.1 update is not limited to new maps — classic mode improvements include:
